We collect information you provide directly to us, including: your name, email address, and password when creating an account; payment information when subscribing (processed securely through Paystack we do not store your full card details); and your viewing activity, watch history, and preferences to personalize your experience. We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system when you use our Service.
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our streaming service; process subscriptions and payments; personalize your content recommendations and user experience; send you account-related notifications (e.g., subscription renewals, password resets); monitor and analyze usage trends to improve our platform; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. Watch history and usage analytics may be retained in anonymized form.
