Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PipulTV. These terms govern your access to and use of our streaming platform, including any content, features, and services we offer. By using PipulTV, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using PipulTV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
PipulTV offers subscription-based access to content. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Payments are processed through Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with reasonable notice. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
The Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content available on PipulTV for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any purpose without our prior written consent.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent any content protection mechanisms; (c) use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (f) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (g) impersonate any person or entity; (h) use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
All content on PipulTV including but not limited to movies, series, graphics, logos, user interface design, and software is owned by PipulTV or its content licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The PipulTV name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of PipulTV. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.
Content available on PipulTV may vary and is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that specific content will always be available. Content may be added or removed at our discretion or due to licensing agreements. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain a diverse and quality content library.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, prolonged inactivity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipulTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Nigeria.
